I FOUND A BLESSING THAT I DID'NT HAVE TO PAY FOR |EN-SPIRATION

I love to show love to someone special in my life. I consider it a pleasure to show it and receive it as well. I hope that I was successful when I attempted to do so in relationships. It also feels good to feel loved, adored, and appreciated. I have fortunately been on the receiving end of both. Experiencing the sting of being on the other side in between relationships makes me think about how difficult valentines day must be for people who feel rejected every day because of the standards of society. The people constantly overlooked because they aren't attractive according to society.
Imagine how it feels rejection at stores that advertise valentines products that they'd never recieve. I picture them feeling rejection when they see all of the expressions of love for other couples on social media. Putting myself in their shoes made me realize how they feel segregated and discriminated against on Valentine's day. Too many people have to feel a heavier dose of their everyday rejection on that day and it's not fair to them. I think the day should not be a holiday for that reason. I am not saying that love should not be celebrated. But a public celebration can come off offensive.
I believe in sharing testimonies. But I think that real testimonies are the ones that everyone can equally obtain. So many people are stressed trying to buy happiness because they see other people have nice things. Everyone won't get a nice house, Everyone won't be married, Everyone won't be blessed with the finer things in life. Encouraging people to feel blessed when they don't have those things will help them feel more happy about their life. The goodness of God is a testimony. His faithfulness, His love, his peace, and his joy are all testimonies. Those are the things to pursue.
